Who doesn’t love lists? In this final week of 2021, I present my list of favorite games played this year. These are personal favorites, and I am including only five. 

Disclaimer: These are games which I played in 2021, not games released in 2021. None of these games were published this year. In fact some are quite old, and I wish I had discovered them sooner. 

Honorable Mentions: Not making my list, but worth a mention are Bravely Default II , Dragon Quest Builders 2, and the Kingdom Hearts series, or at least the KH games I have played thus far. Now on to the list!
